✨️ Welcome to Echo Creations ✨️ I’m so glad you’re here! Echo Creations is more than just a salon — it’s a space for restoration, education, and empowerment through holistic hair care. Whether you’re coming in for a consultation, curl cut, loc maintenance, or protective style, I’m committed to honoring your natural beauty while offering a peaceful, intentional experience. Please take a moment to review the following policies so we can make your visit as smooth and supportive as possible. ✨️ New Clients ✨️ 🍃All new clients are required to book a consultation before receiving any services. This gives us time to understand your hair history, goals, and any concerns so we can align before beginning your journey. 🍃 The consultation is a 20-30 minute conversation where we’ll discuss your hair history, goals, current routine, and any challenges you're facing. 🍃 For consultations, arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair, worn out in its natural state (no twists, braids or buns)), so I can accurately assess your curl pattern and scalp. ✨️ Appointment Preparation ✨️ 🍃 I shampoo all clients, so you do not need to arrive with freshly washed hair unless it’s for a consultation. 🍃 Please ensure your hair is fully detangled and free of excessive product buildup. 🍃 For protective styles, arrive with your hair detangled and free of extensions or added hair. 🍃 For loc services, remove any accessories and come with your hair loose and ready to work with. 🍃 Excessive tangling may result in extra time and a detangling fee. 🍃 Note: I do not offer synthetic extension services. ✨ Guest Policy ✨️ 🍃 To maintain a calm and focused environment, new clients should come alone to their appointments. 🍃 If a guest accompanies you, they will kindly be asked to wait in the designated waiting area. 🍃 The only exception is for parents or guardians accompanying minors. ✨️ Location & Parking ✨️ Echo Creations is located inside the JR Barrington building at 686 Main Street, Buffalo, NY, directly across from Town Ballroom. Since this is a shared and secured space, the front door remains locked. 🍃 Please text me once you find parking, and I’ll come meet you at the door. 🍃 Street parking is $2/hour on weekdays and free on Saturdays. 🍃 There is a private $8 parking lot next to the building, used for theater events. Availability may vary. 🍃 I recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time to park and get settled. ✨️ Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows ✨️ 🍃 A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied to your total service cost. 🍃 If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will carry over. 🍃 If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the service total. 🍃 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. ✨️ Late Arrivals ✨️ 🍃 You have a 10-minute grace period if you're running behind. 🍃 After 10 minutes, your service may need to be shortened based on remaining time. 🍃 If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, a $25 late fee will be applied, or your appointment may be rescheduled and charged as a no-show, depending on the service. ✨️ Stay Connected ✨️ 🍃 Communication is key! The best way to reach me is by call, but you can text, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
